Adjusting Online Survey To Poly Recruitment Strategy
The five polytechnic ministries have different objectives for their local recruitment strategies.
Some wanted not only to find Christian freshmen, but also to bless each freshmen with a gift and hopefully a message of the Good News will be presented to them. Some would want to focus on building a strong freshmen base before mounting up their strength for doing coverage of the schools later.
Whatever the objectives and strategies are, Campus Leadership Team (CLT) is committed to boost the local campuses’ recruitment efforts by implementing the online survey strategy. To what extent is each campus adopting this strategy? The team leaders can decide on this and the CLT will provide the platform for making online recruitment possible. You may read “Why Do Online Recruitment Strategy?” for more information.
The problem now is that all the polytechnic campuses in their different stages of ministry are resorting to different strategies for their recruitment of freshmen. So the most immediate action is to create separate sites to host the online surveys for each campus.
This varies from the Australia CCC online survey where all the campus ministries share one survey site. This is possible because Tony O’Hagen brilliantly engineers the automated responses for this survey site i.e. a freshman’s particulars would be channelled to the right follow-up coordinator in a particular school, and also be directed to the right events or sites depending on the freshman’s reply.
If we are doing a customized survey site for each campus, I would definitely need to work out the contents of the survey with preferably a student from each campus. This would ensure that the online survey serves the local ministry needs and integrates into the local recruitment strategy.
